The Action committee reviews current study positions and identifies advocacy opportunities to support the League‘s local positions. The committee is open to all members and meets monthly on the second Monday.

The League of Women Voters of Oregon (LWVOR) hosts the Oregon Student Mock Election (OSME) for both the May Primary and November General Elections in 2024.
LWVOR Council is a three day biennial event for state leaders to network, brainstorm, attend caucuses and workshops, and enjoy the company of like-minded people dedicated to empowering voters and defending democracy in 2024. We will focus on local, state and national issues.
Each League is entitled to two delegates to attend the meeting and vote on State League business items. In-person attendance is preferable, with virtual attendance available for business sessions for both delegates and observers.
